For over five decades, Attorney Todd S. Miller has been a dedicated advocate for individuals across the Lehigh Valley and beyond. A seasoned trial attorney, Todd has built a reputation for fierce representation, compassionate client service, and an unwavering commitment to justice in personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
A proud graduate of Penn State University and Duquesne University School of Law, Todd began his legal career in 1975 as a Criminal Defense attorney and then defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation. This early experience gave him deep insight into defense strategies—knowledge he now leverages to fight for those harmed by negligence.
Todd is a 50-year member of the Lehigh County Bar Association, Northampton County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as a member of the American Association for Justice. He is widely respected by his peers and judges alike, most recently honored at the Northampton County Reception for the Court in 2025 for his enduring contributions to the legal community.
Known for his trial acumen and willingness to take on complex cases, Todd’s courtroom experience spans everything from the first attempted insanity defense in Lehigh County in 1975 of a young girl charged with attempted murder who was found not guilty by a jury, to multi-county victories in high-stakes medical malpractice defense verdicts and multi-county and multi-state medical malpractice plaintiffs’ verdicts and settlements.
Today, he devotes his practice exclusively to representing injured victims in automobile and tractor-trailer accidents, and medical negligence claims across Pennsylvania and beyond.
Practicing alongside his daughter, Attorney Dana Miller, since 2012, Todd has proudly mentored the next generation of trial lawyers. Together, they have co-counseled numerous jury trials, continuing a legacy of excellence and client-centered advocacy.
